Oatmeal

Haferflocken is German for oatmeal (hafer:oats & flocken:flakes/meal). This organic porridge cereal contains Demeter certified organic oatmeal flour and vitamin B1 (as required by the EU). The oatmeal flour is finely grounded pure organic oats.

Rice Meal

Reisflocken / Rice Meal

Reisflocken is German for rice meal (reis:rice & flocken:flakes/meal). This organic porridge cereal contains Demeter certified organic rice flour and thiamine (as required by the EU). The rice flour is produced from finely milled rice, a cereal grain. Rice is the most widely consumed staple food for a large part of the world's human population.

Muesli

Musli / Muesli

Musli is German for Muesli, a breakfast and brunch dish based on raw rolled oats and other ingredients like grains, fresh or dried fruits, seeds and nuts, that may be mixed with milk. This organic porridge cereal contains Demeter certified organic whole wheat flakes, oatmeal, banana powder, raspberry puree, rice flour, apple pieces and thiamine (as required by the EU). Essentially a mixture of wheat and oats with suitable fruits.

Millet

Hirse is German for Millet, a fast-growing gluten-free cereal plant that is widely grown in warm countries and regions with poor soils. The numerous small seeds are used to make flour. This organic porridge cereal contains organic Demeter certified millet flour and vitamin B1 (as required by the EU). People affected by gluten-related disorders, such as coeliac disease, non-celiac gluten sensitivity and wheat allergy sufferers, who need a gluten-free diet, can replace gluten-containing cereals in their diets with millet. Spelt

Dinkel is German for Spelt or hulled wheat, a species of wheat cultivated since approximately 5000 BC. This organic porridge cereal contains Demeter certified organic spelt flour and thiamine (as required by the EU). Spelt is an excellent source of protein, dietary fiber, several B vitamins and numerous dietary minerals.

Semolina

GrieB / Semolina

GrieB is German for Semolina, the coarse, purified wheat middlings of durum wheat mainly used in making pasta and couscous. This organic porridge cereal contains Demeter certified organic semolina flour and thiamine (as required by the EU). It has a sweet and savory flavor.

Semolina

3-Korn / 3-Grain

This organic porridge cereal is a mixture of 3 types of flours: rice, corn and millet. There is also thiamine (as required by the EU).

Corn & Tapioca

Mais & Tapioka / Corn & Tapioca

This gluten-free organic porridge cereal is a mixture of organic corn meal, whole grain rice, tapioca and thiamine (as required by the EU). Tapioca is a starch extracted from cassava root. Tapioca is a staple food for millions of people and a thickening agent. Mixed with corn meal it makes a satisfying delicious meal.

All of these organic porridge cereal types are suitable for babies and contain benefits as meals in a baby's first year. The whole grains used are processed into easily digestible and baby-friendly form. The grain starches are gently digested with warmth and moisture and are thus easily usable for the still ripening organism of the baby. Through the use of the full grain, the valuable nutrients and active ingredients of the grain are largely retained.
